ADMINISTRATION:

Es la disciplina científica, la técnica y el arte que tienen como objetivo el estudio de las organizaciones para describirlas, comprender su funcionamiento y su conducta, predecir sus acciones e influir en su comportamiento gestionando su desarrollo.

Administration is the scientific discipline, technical and art (that have as/ whose)  objective/aim is to study the organizations to describe and understand their  operation and behaviour , to predict their actions and influence on their behaviour managing their development.

CIENCIA:

Es el conocimiento exacto y razonado de las cosas, se desarrolla por si misma o por cambios que recibe de las demás disciplinas de las cuales se nutre, tales como la matemática, la informática, el derecho, etc.

It is the exact and reasoned knowledge of things that develop by itself or by changes that it receives from other disciplines on which it is nourished such as: mathematics, computing science and law.

TÉCNICA:

Es el conjunto de procedimientos y recursos que utiliza para aplicarlo a una determinada tarea, Consiste en el ordenamiento de ciertas acciones en el ámbito de las organizaciones que tienden al logro de los objetivos.

It is a set of procedures and resources, that science and art use. It consists in ordering of certain actions in the organization area, that tend to achieve the expected results.

ARTE:

Es la habilidad o destreza para hacer algo, esta basada en las decisiones que adoptan los administradores, directivos o jefes. Todo directivo que toma una decisión es considerado un arte por su intuición basada en la creatividad; desde esta perspectiva la gestión sería un hecho creativo basado en la intuición en el sentido de la toma de decisiones.

It is the ability or dexterity to do something, it is based on the decisions made by administrators, managers or bosses. Every manager who make a decision is considered an art for their intuitions based on the creativity; from this perspective the management would be a creative fact, based on intuition, in the sense of decisions making.
